The JROTC committee

We present the Military Officers
Association of America (MOAA) Medal, Ribbon, and certificate
each year to the most outstanding 11th grade JROTC student
as identified by each school's Unit Commander.
In addition, a very nice acryllic
trophy is presented to the most outstanding 12th grade JROTC
student identified by each JROTC school's Unit Commander.
